At TAN-U, we carefully prepare every order to make sure your glow arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Shipping within Spain

Orders shipped within Spain are charged a flat shipping rate of €2.99.

We offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

International Shipping

For international orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of €9.99.

We offer free international shipping on orders of €100 or more.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown where available during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays or particularly busy periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances outside of TAN-U's control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the package and products.

We will review the situation and help find an appropriate solution.

International Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable taxes are generally handled as part of your order where required.

For destinations outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.
